4. Fees and Payments

Consultation fees are clearly communicated before any service is provided. All fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated. Additional costs such as university application fees, visa fees, and test fees are to be borne by the student.

Nerd Education Consultant acts as a guidance facilitator. While we strive for the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee:

• University admission (final decision rests with the university)
• Visa approval (final decision rests with the embassy)
• Scholarship awards (decided by scholarship bodies)
